THE PATTERNS

Ino

The fifth Rhapsody of the Odyssey as well as Odysseus’ long journey towards the land of the Phaeacians become beautiful patterns and images for a summer full of love and energy. Goddess Ino becomes a seabird who saves Odysseus from the strong waves and inspires the everyday transformation of the contemporary woman with curves and patterns that are all about sensationalism and femininity.

The Gods send Hermes to save Odysseus, and the message of the winged God becomes a hymn to the modern woman, with a lyrical sensitivity that shines on every feminine part of hers, with utter elegance and the light of love and desire.

Odysseus fights with the strong waves that are dark like “black wine” and whose crests become airy vortexes with a spiderweb- like feeling, knitted on the web of the mundane, everyday life in order to create warmth from the sun, and bring the beautiful feeling of touching the sand with naked fingers to mind, allowing summer to mystically allure us.

Zeus, the powerful God of the Thunderous Skies imposes his will to save Odysseus to the rest of the Gods and inspires the creation of patterns and textures that fill the womanly curves with confidence and sensational energy while at the same time uniquely emphasize each woman’s personality and her natural, irresistible charm.
